Rescheduling Policy
If you do need to cancel your appointment. I ask that you give me 48 hours notice so I can accommodate other clients. If the cancellation occurs within the 48 hours and I am unable to fill the appointment slot you will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. After your fee is paid I can reschedule your appointment.
No Show Policy
I reserve the right to charge a no show fee to the credit card on file totaling 100% of the service to those who do not show up to an appointment. Absolutely no Refunds
Late Policy
If you are running late to an appointment please let me know. If you are more than 15 minutes late I will need to reschedule your appointment. Clients who reschedule due to being late will be charged a 50% late fee. Please keep in mind I will always do my best to accommodate clients. I will always be respectful of your time, please be respectful of mine.
